Menopause-Friendly Workplace Training & Accreditation
Menopause is no longer a private issue.
In England, employers are now expected to recognise menopause as a workplace wellbeing and equality issue, with clear legal duties around reasonable adjustments, duty of care, and non-discrimination.
We help organisations become menopause-friendly workplaces through accredited training, practical frameworks, and evidence-informed education — supporting midlife women to stay confident, capable, and thriving at work.
With rising awareness, updated legal expectations, and increasing tribunal claims linked to menopause, employers are now expected to take proactive, informed action.
This is not about box-ticking.
It is about protecting performance, retaining experience, and doing the right thing.

Why The Empowerful Club?
The Empowerful Club exists because menopause has been overlooked in workplaces for far too long — not through malice, but through misunderstanding, outdated systems, and a lack of practical guidance.
Founded by Emma Louise Bennett, The Empowerful Club brings together professional credibility, lived experience, and evidence-informed practice to help organisations respond to menopause in a way that is supportive, realistic, and legally aware.
With over 20 years’ experience in education, leadership, and wellbeing, and professional accreditation as a Certified Menopause Coach and ICF-Accredited Transformative Coach, Emma understands both the human impact of menopause and the operational realities organisations face.
The Empowerful Club was created to bridge a critical gap:
Between menopause awareness and workplace action
Between policy statements and everyday practice
Between employee wellbeing and organisational responsibility
Our approach is practical, inclusive, and grounded in real workplaces. We do not offer medical advice or one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, we provide clear frameworks, training, and accreditation that help organisations meet their duty of care, retain experienced women, and create psychologically safe working environments.
As menopause becomes increasingly recognised within equality, health and safety, and employment law, organisations need more than good intentions. They need credible guidance, structured support, and evidence-based training.
That is what The Empowerful Club delivers.

Meet Our Founder
As a former teacher and leader with over 20 years’ experience, Emma Louise Bennett understands the realities of high-responsibility roles and how easily wellbeing can be deprioritised in demanding workplaces. She has also experienced firsthand the cognitive, emotional, and identity impacts of perimenopause, giving her a clear understanding of how menopause can affect confidence, performance, and retention at work.
Emma previously worked for a national Education charity delivering workplace training and accreditation, supporting organisations to meet wellbeing, inclusion, and best-practice standards. This experience strengthened her understanding of how structured accreditation, evidence-based training, and organisational accountability drive meaningful change.
She now combines lived experience with professional training in Positive Psychology, neuroscience, menopause wellbeing, and transformational coaching to deliver menopause-friendly workplace training and accreditation that is practical, informed, and grounded in real organisational contexts.
Her work goes beyond awareness sessions or quick fixes. Emma supports organisations to build clear, confident, and sustainable menopause support strategies that protect wellbeing, strengthen leadership capability, and retain experienced women in the workforce.
